Plot
Pearl is not pleased with Winston playing the arcade machine when Denise walks in after bringing Luke, the newly hired freelance writer. Luke is slightly concerned about the air conditioner at the office for environmental and health reasons, but Denise assured him that it will be on when it is necessary.
When Luke is introduced to Pearl, she is less than amused even though Denise had all the procedures done and obtained approval from the central office.
After Pearl lecturing Tara about expanding new horizons by learning financial skills, Denise tried to console Tara, but to no avail. Winston and Denise both worry about the office environment is not friendly to Tara.
